Screendance

Developing a skill of screendance and media allows artists to strengthen their pathways to entrepreneurial skills that allow them to control the output and distribution of their creative work.

Screendance can:

  • Provide dance with another presentation method that is accessible to both artist and audience

  • Provide an alternative perspective of dance by directing eyes of the viewer

  • Develop storytelling techniques unique to the form

  • Provide an intimate perspective of the performing artist
